About Anna
Anna takes a compassionate, intentional, and open-minded approach to supporting clients of all backgrounds. She specializes in reducing anxiety and depression, building self-confidence, and counseling individuals and partners to
rebuild trust and connection in their relationships.
Anna received her Masters in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
She also completed her clinical practicum training at Church Street Integral Counseling Center, a San Francisco-based clinic with an emphasis on Gestalt-oriented psychotherapy.
She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Duke University.
Anna combines her psychotherapeutic, Gestalt-oriented training with experience from her former career in management consulting to offer dialogical therapy that is structured, purposeful, and mutually analytical. She balances the use of her scientific mind with her deeply honed intuition, and gently coaches her clients to learn to listen to theirs.
